We are pleased to inform you that the hotfix addressing the issues with password reset emails and the Document Flow Queue Digest was successfully deployed last night. Our team monitored the system throughout the day, and we can confirm that everything is functioning as expected. The issue is now fully resolved.

We are pleased to inform you that a fix for the issue affecting password reset emails has been identified and successfully tested. Additionally, this fix will include improvements to the Document Flow Queue Digest feature. The updates will be deployed tonight during our normal maintenance window.

We are currently receiving reports of errors when attempting to send password reset emails or when clicking the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. This issue has been escalated to our product and development teams, who are actively working on a resolution.

In the meantime, users can have their passwords reset by a company admin through the following path: Homepage > User Setup.
