Following our recent update on Thursday, September 26th, we identified two issues affecting some users:
Document Flow:
Auto-Population Function: The job field is not auto-populating as expected.
10-Character Limitation: Some users have reported a 10-character limit in the job field.
We’re pleased to inform you that fixes for both issues have been completed and are now under review and testing by our QA team. While we do not have a specific release date or time for the hotfix, we are working to deploy it as soon as possible following successful QA testing. Once the hotfix is ready for deployment, we will send another communication with the details of the maintenance window and the release schedule.
In the meantime, please continue to manually search for the job using the magnifying glass icon. We apologize for the inconvenience and truly appreciate your patience as we resolve these issues.
