Access Issues with HH2 Schedulers and Sync Client Download Page

The issue affecting access to the HH2 New Install, Migration, and Troubleshooting Schedulers, as well as the Sync Client Download page, has now been resolved. The disruption was related to an incident with Microsoft Azure, which has since been addressed.
All services are fully operational, and users should no longer experience any issues. Thank you for your patience while we worked through this.

Intermittent Live Chat Outage for Integration Partners

The intermittent outages affecting our Live Chat feature for integration partners within Salesforce have been resolved. The issue was related to the earlier AWS service disruption, which has now been stabilized.

All Live Chat functionality has been fully restored, and normal operation has resumed. Our hh2 platform and other services remained unaffected throughout the event.

Investigating Document Flow App Login and Update Errors

A new version of the Document Flow app is now available for download on both iOS and Android. This update resolves the previously reported issues related to update prompts, unexpected login redirects, and syncing of child jobs, job codes, and vendors. Users should now be able to access and use the applications as expected.

CSV Import Errors in Document Flow

We have deployed the fix addressing the CSV import errors within Document Flow. The issue has been successfully resolved following the deployment, and users should now be able to complete imports without error.
