hh2 Customers,

As part of our continued efforts to support a reliable experience, we’ll be performing our regular maintenance update tonight. During this window, we will also release a hotfix to address a couple of issues reported by users related to password resets.

Specifically, this update will resolve:

Instances where users may receive a blank screen after completing a password reset

Intermittent issues encountered when attempting to perform a password reset

To ensure the update is applied smoothly and effectively, the platform will be temporarily unavailable during the scheduled maintenance window.

Date: Wednesday, May 7th
Time: 10:30 PM MST to 4:00 AM MST
