Following the issues encountered during this past weekend’s scheduled update, our team has prepared a resolution and will be pushing this update to production during tonight’s maintenance window. This release is designed to enhance your experience and ensure our service remains responsive and efficient.

Date: Thursday, September 18th, 2025
Time: 10:30 PM MT to 4:00 AM MT
During this window, the platform will be temporarily unavailable while we complete the update and confirm system stability.

If users experience issues with the mobile applications after this release, please instruct them to uninstall the app, power down their mobile device, turn it back on, and then reinstall the application. If issues persist, please contact Support for further assistance.
