Hi hh2 Customer,
We’re rolling out new hh2 web updates tonight to improve usability, consistency, and performance across the platform.
What’s New
Updated hh2 color styling across AP Payments and HR pages for a cleaner, more consistent experience
Improved job search performance in Time Tracking Punch Clock to support customers with large job lists
Improved Invoice Date filter behavior in AP Payments to prevent selecting an invalid date range
Updated Help/Support links across the site to point to the new Knowledge Base
Multiple targeted fixes in Time Tracking—including break handling, Promote All behavior, and Time Approval performance
Integration updates for Sage 100 Contractor and Autodesk/Sage 300 CRE to ensure more reliable syncing

Date: Tonight, December 4
Time: 10:30 PM MT – 4:00 AM MT
During this window, hh2 may be intermittently unavailable. Service will resume automatically once maintenance is complete.

Coming Soon:
To support upcoming performance improvements, hh2 will begin sending some outbound traffic from an additional IP address.
If your organization restricts outbound traffic to approved IPs, please add the following:
New IP Address to Add:
52.176.219.119
Current IP Address (still in use):
52.165.20.130
Please complete this update by January 1, 2026 to avoid any disruptions.
This update only applies to customers who block outbound traffic unless specific IPs are whitelisted.
