Hi hh2 Customers,
We’re rolling out new hh2 web updates tomorrow night to improve Time Tracking accuracy, configuration access, and integration reliability.
Web Updates
Improved Auto-Fill validation in Time Tracking based on approval group cost code settings
Time Tracking configuration pages are now accessible directly within the Time Tracking module
Fixed an issue causing duplicate invoices from email acquisition in AP Payments
Integration improvements for Sage 100 CRE, Sage 100 Contractor, Autodesk, and Acumatica
Corrected Sage 100 CRE job syncing behavior (deep sync required for previously synced jobs)
Scheduled Maintenance:
Date: Thursday, December 18th
Time: 10:30 PM MT – 4:00 AM MT
During this window, hh2 may be intermittently unavailable. Service will resume automatically once maintenance is complete.

Coming Soon:
To support upcoming performance improvements, hh2 will begin sending some outbound traffic from an additional IP address.
If your organization restricts outbound traffic to approved IPs, please add the following:
New IP Address to Add:
52.176.219.119
Current IP Address (still in use):
52.165.20.130
Please complete this update by January 1, 2026 to avoid any disruptions.
This update only applies to customers who block outbound traffic unless specific IPs are whitelisted.
