Hi hh2 Customers,

Tonight during our scheduled maintenance window, we will be deploying a hotfix to resolve an issue impacting AP Administrators who may encounter an error when accessing the AP User Setup within AP Payments.

Scheduled Maintenance:
Date: Monday, December 22
Time: 10:30 PM MT – 4:00 AM MT

During this maintenance window, hh2 services may be intermittently unavailable. Service will resume automatically once maintenance is complete.

Coming Soon:
To support upcoming performance improvements, hh2 will begin sending some outbound traffic from an additional IP address.

If your organization restricts outbound traffic to approved IP addresses, please ensure the following IPs are allowed:

New IP Address to Add:
52.176.219.119
Current IP Address (still in use):
52.165.20.130

Please complete this update by January 1, 2026, to avoid any potential service disruptions.

This update only applies to customers who restrict outbound traffic to specific whitelisted IP addresses.
