The fix for the issues related to viewing invoices and duplication of invoices within Document Flow has been implemented.
Post-update, we encountered sporadic issues with some sites and user login capabilities. We are happy to inform you that the login issue has now been resolved, and we will continue to monitor the situation throughout the day to ensure stability.

Service Restoration and Ongoing Investigation – 502 Bad Gateway Error

We have received reports this morning of clients encountering a 502 Bad Gateway error when attempting to access the system. Our Product and Engineering teams immediately began working to resolve the issue, and we are pleased to inform you that all sites are now back up and fully operational.

We are pleased to inform you that the issues previously reported regarding accessing invoices, jobs not being available for receipt coding, and the vendor pick list not loading in Document Flow have now been resolved.
