Issues Reported with Data Drop and Document Flow

Our Product and Engineering teams have resolved the Document Flow email notifications and daily digest reports issue. Services are operating normally, and we will continue to monitor.
We are still actively working on the Data Drop startup issue and will provide updates here as progress is made.

Identified – iOS Attendance PunchClock times displaying incorrectly

The issue causing Attendance PunchClock entries on iOS devices to display in UTC instead of users’ local time has been successfully resolved.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused and thank you for your patience while we worked to bring this to resolution.
