Issues Reported with Data Drop and Document Flow

Our Product and Engineering teams are still actively working on the resolution to the Data Drop startup issue and the Document Flow email notifications / daily digest reports issue. Both fixes are being fully tested with our QA team to ensure stability. We will provide updates here as they become available.

Identified – iOS Attendance PunchClock times displaying incorrectly

The issue causing Attendance PunchClock entries on iOS devices to display in UTC instead of users’ local time has been successfully resolved.

As part of our continued efforts to support a reliable experience, we’ll be performing our regular maintenance update tonight. During this window, we will also release a fix for iOS Attendance PunchClock entries displaying in UTC instead of the user’s local time for some users.
