Issues Reported with Data Drop and Document Flow

Our Product and Engineering teams are still actively working on the resolution to the Data Drop startup issue and the Document Flow email notifications / daily digest reports issue. Both fixes are being fully tested with our QA team to ensure stability. We will provide updates here as they become available.

Identified – iOS Attendance PunchClock times displaying incorrectly

The issue causing Attendance PunchClock entries on iOS devices to display in UTC instead of users’ local time has been successfully resolved.

Status Update - Login Issues on Web Application

The login issues affecting some users of the web application have now been resolved.
Our investigation found that recent infrastructure work completed over the weekend resulted in a new IP address being assigned to our services. Microsoft uses anycast IP technology, which routes traffic to the nearest available location for better performance and lower latency. Status Update – Time Entry Issue for Certain User Roles

We’re pleased to share that the updated Remote Payroll app for Android is now being deployed to the Google Play Store. This update includes a fix for the issue that prevented some Android users from selecting a payroll group or running a sync in the mobile app.
