Investigating Document Flow App Login and Update Errors

A new version of the Document Flow app is now available for download on both iOS and Android. This update resolves the previously reported issues related to update prompts, unexpected login redirects, and syncing of child jobs, job codes, and vendors. Users should now be able to access and use the applications as expected.

CSV Import Errors in Document Flow

We have deployed the fix addressing the CSV import errors within Document Flow. The issue has been successfully resolved following the deployment, and users should now be able to complete imports without error.

Intermittent Mobile App Issues: Document Flow

Update Deferred for Additional Testing

Over this past weekend, our team conducted further testing on the planned update. After careful review, we determined that it was not ready for deployment and chose to delay release. This additional testing is necessary to ensure that all functionality performs as designed and that we continue delivering a reliable, high-quality experience.

Issues Reported with Data Drop and Document Flow

Our Product and Engineering teams have fully resolved the Data Drop startup issue as well as the Document Flow email notifications and daily digest reports issue. Services are operating normally, and we will continue to monitor to ensure stability.
